HI, I’M HOLLY
I’m a Clinical Psychologist, Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and a Board Approved Supervisor. I enjoy getting to know people and building genuine therapeutic relationships, while supporting them to make meaningful changes, and develop greater self-understanding and self-compassion.
my approach
I aim to create a space that is warm, relaxed, and safe, where you can take the time to be curious and learn about yourself and your experiences without judgement, to enhance your wellbeing and improve your mental health.
Guided by values of hope, connection and compassion, I’ll work with you at a pace that feels right for you, to help you to achieve what feels meaningful and important to you.
Drawing upon evidence based therapies, I individualise treatment to you and your goals. Together, we’ll explore your unique experiences, your strengths, the things you find more challenging, and what is important to you, to help guide the work we do.
If you’re looking for support with your relationship with food and/or your body, I work from a weight neutral, anti-diet perspective, with a focus on increasing self-acceptance and healing in these relationships.
I value working collaboratively with other supports and professionals involved in your care, and with your consent, can communicate regularly with your broader team. I also welcome and encourage the involvement of supports who are important to you.
My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, accomodating, and neuroaffirming.
how i can help
I support people experiencing mood and anxiety difficulties and disorders, eating disorders and disordered eating, body image concerns, life transitions and stressors, interpersonal relationship difficulties, low self-worth and self-esteem, perfectionism, challenges with regulating emotions and tolerating distress, and ADHD and Autism. I also work with family members and supports of those experiencing eating disorders and other mental health difficulties.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Enhanced (CBT-E)
